Education & Formal Training

 

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration from an accredited college or university is required.

 

 

Work Experience

 

A minimum of five years’ experience in business and accounting practices. CPA preferred.

Prior experience in use of lean principles and methodologies preferred. 

 

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

 

Broad knowledge of accounting theory and applications, economic principles, cost accounting and statistics, healthcare delivery systems; leadership and interpersonal skills; oral and written communication skills, negotiation skills and an awareness of ethics.

 

 

Physical Requirements

 

Demonstrates effective communications skills, visual and audio abilities, extended work hours to accommodate scheduled meetings.
